Most agencies really want to work with bigger clients.  Like Nike, or Vodaphone, or Sainsbury's or some such household brand that sounds good bantered around the dinner party table.  They work away on the smaller accounts and dream away of the big ones. 

So what keeps us so excited about small and mid-size businesses?

Because we've never met a dull SME.  Every one of the businesses we meet has an exciting new story to tell.  You don't believe us?  We talk to roughly 10 new businesses each week.  Each one of those is discussed across the whole company.  We stop everything and we say "OK, get this..." and go on to describe one enterprise or another.  We do this so that we can bring the wealth of experience we have to bear on your plans. 

Some of you have been trading for fifty or more years.  Some of you have a business, the likes of which we've never heard of before.  But the minute we do, we go "of course....".  Some of you are crazy.  Most of you are very excited about what you can do online.  Some of you are very conservative, but ready to take a dip.  But you are all very interesting and we love the fact that you think we can make this happen for you.

By comparison, big brands are dull, slow-moving monoliths.

Our designers, our developers, our account handlers - they all thrive on variety.  You provide that.  That's why our people are so good - they are not just pushing pixels for the same brand month after month - they have to deal with you, and a dozen other clients like you.  You want value for money.  You want a personal touch.  You want the best systems out there.  You want to know we don't spend your money on fancy furniture and fast cars.

We don't pride ourselves in an award for this or for that.  We pride ourselves in running ruthlessly efficient production teams that deliver the very highest grade websites for the general business sector.
